General Policies and Regulations
Student shall comply with all rules and requirements set forth by Absolute Academy in the camp guide; this guide will be made available to you before the camp start date. Student must stay away from behavior that interferes with other students' learning or hurts others physically or emotionally during the entire period he/she is on the camp premises. Violation of these rules may result in disciplinary action which upon repetition may ultimately result in the student's dismissal from the program.

Drop off and pick up are parent responsibilities. Absolute Academy staff supervise students only during scheduled class, camp or event times and, if applicable, during any previously announced early drop off or late pick up periods. Before and after announced times, we do not accept any responsibility regarding the supervision of the students.
Use of electronic devices during classes is strictly prohibited unless the student is given explicit permission or direction by the instructor. Inappropriate use of an electronic device may result in confiscation of the device until the end of the camp day or session.

Absolute Academy reserves the right to change the teacher and/or schedule of any camp offering at any time without any reservation. You have the right to cancel your student's registration, if the new schedule does not work for you.

Absolute Academy reserves the right to cancel classes, camp offerings, or events due to insufficient enrollment. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. In case a class, a camp offering or an event a student has enrolled in is cancelled, parents will be notified and any payments made to Absolute Academy will be fully refunded.

International Participants
As an exception to the above terms, international participants receive full refund if they cannot obtain a US visa by the regular registration deadline. It is the participant’s responsibility to contact us in writing before the regular registration deadline. Otherwise, the cancellation is still refund eligible, but a 10% cancellation fee is applicable. We reserve the right to request a denial letter from the US Embassy or any other document as a proof that cancellation is due to visa issues.
Changing between Camp Offerings
After registration, you can request your student's camp option to be switched to a different one prior to the registration deadline. Such requests are subject to seat availability and there are no administrative fees, but price differences apply. If the new option is more expensive, then you will be billed for the difference; if the new option is lower, then you will get a refund.

Wait-list Policy
For classes that reach the full capacity, there will be a wait-list that operates as a pool. When a seat opens up in a class, registrations for this class will be enabled again on the website and all students/parents in the wait-list for that class will be notified via email. Enrollment for the open seat is on a first come-first served basis.

Online Account Use
Absolute Academy provides the student and parents access to an online Learning Management System (LMS) account. The LMS accounts will be created on the week before the class start date and account information will be sent to the student and parent emails. Parents can use their children’s accounts to monitor their progress. There will be no separate accounts for parents. As a courtesy, students will have access to their LMS accounts at least 2 (two) more months after the end of classes.
